Do you find it difficult to access services and information?
Do you have a problem which you are having difficulty sorting out?
Do you feel intimidated by bureaucracy and filling in forms?
Do you want someone to help you voice your wishes?

Disability Stockport's Advocacy Service may be able to help.

An Advocate will:

LISTEN TO YOU and help you to work out what you need
Advise you of services available
Support you when making a formal complaint
Help you put across your point of view
Help you feel in control
If we can't help, we will find you someone who can

Self-Advocacy Forum

The self advocacy forum is held on the third Monday of every month between 7.00pm and 9.00pm at Walthew House, Eyeline, Shaw Heath, Stockport.
